Pastatrend takes place in an exhibition area featuring the main industry producers, buyers from over thirty countries, showcooking areas with demos organized by top chefs and a specialised conference area, as well as several post-exhibition events.
After a first successful edition in Bologna, Italy and PastaTrend-Shanghai in China (September 2010), PastaTrend is getting ready for new events, several exhibitions abroad, in China, India, Romania and Turkey until the next Italian edition that will be held in Verona in April 2013.
